Itinerary 1: Pornic’s fisheries

- Difficulty: easy
- Departure point: Gourmalon garden
The walk begins at the Gourmalon garden, overlooking Pornic castle, beach and harbor. Along the way, you’ll see beautiful 19th-century villas, quiet little beaches and the first fisheries above the ocean.
Continue on to Pornic’s thalassotherapy center and its superb architecture.
A little further on from La Joselière beach, you’ll come to a bunker, a relic of the Second World War.
Finally, continue along the coast to the large Boutinardière beach, with its cliffs and view of the nearby fisheries.
Itinerary 2: The wild coastline of Pornic and Sainte-Marie-sur-Mer

- Distance: 5 km
- Difficulty: intermediate
- Departure point: Sainte-Marie village
Depart from the village of Sainte-Marie-sur-Mer, along a path that runs alongside the coastal villas, with views of the rocks and ocean.
Little by little, the path takes you away from the city, allowing you to admire the pavilions of the Corniche du Porteau and the Sablons beach.
Drive past Le Porteau to enjoy the wild coastline. Continue on to Plage de l’Étang. Cross a small stream and continue on to Port aux Goths.
